    Right on the button again Richard!

    Could you also explain the significance of the last page in the Deloitte Report – Appendix 3 – which looks to be a directive on maintenance allowed to be done on the network.

    It would seem to indicate that the ‘run to failure’ policy of asset management was very much alive and well.

    Further, Cr Hall – as a councillor – is directly responsible for the mess that Delta is in.
    Perhaps as a developer/contractor, he should declare if he or his company interests are working for Infinity at Delta’s (JV) Yaldhurst subdivision.
    That Cr Hall, a councillor who practically NEVER says anything in council meetings and who is a company contractor to DCC, is on the DCC Audit and Risk Subcommittee defies belief. Messy doesn’t cover it. Prove us wrong on your COIs and we will retract.
