The Lord giveth, and the DCC taketh away.
As it has no connection whatsoever to the issues raised by Calvin, I can only assume that this response from McKenzie is an automatically generated ‘Aurora Energy question’ response’ – A bit like the out of office reply function on E-mail.
It seemed to me that either he was being wilfully clueless, or was just being plain clueless.
Given that the whole subvention thing is essentially a transfer of wealth from Aurora and the other companies to the ORFU and their mates any suggestion that Aurora’s payments to DVML/DVL are going “to the ratepayers” is just plain wrong.
I’m glad it wasn’t just me.
I’ve caught that cold that’s going around, wondered if my entire brain had turned to snot and that’s why McKenzie seemed to be talking Vogon out his ‘arris tweed.
A real shame that Mr McKenzie has caught the DCC disease and can no longer communicate. Far better to be honest than obstructionist.
