    Site Admin to CH.
Are you a Waikouaiti resident and have you talked to the Heritage Centre committee? If so you will know where things sit. If you have concerns, given the building has a conservation plan and fundraising is in progress, you can phone Jonathan Howard, HNZ Otago Southland area manager on 03 477 9871 during work hours. The condition of the building is known.

CH is this new damage as in something has happened suddenly to the building causing its partial collapse? If that was the case you should ring the DCC after hours number 03 477 4000. [this would be a building control matter]
Or you could phone the local Waikouaiti police station for advice.
