    Timing issues?

    Like – we don’t have that money now, but we might have it at another time in a few years?

    Or is the problem just “Source issues”

    Like – we didn’t get the income from the intended source – city companies, so we’ll have to get it from ratepayers.

    Or perhaps there is a trifling “Transfer issues” problem.

    As in, city company income will be transfered to the stadium, so it won’t be available for core services.

    The bottom line – what difference does a drastic drop in income make to rates and city projects, servicing dept etc?

  2. David;
    I like your “Timing issues.” All relevant, all probably with substance. All of course would be either ignored or refuted. Never answered. As they say, “you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”
