    Gang activity has most definitely increased in Dunedin.
    Those wearing DCC patches should be the first banned.

    Comment by Elizabeth Kerr on DCC official’s slant on submission crass

    The council’s short comment to Ms Harrison’s submission reads: “All submissions are read despite their often flawed, hostile and rude content. However, people appearing to speak to their submissions are usually well informed, interested, polite and hugely valuable to Council’s debates and decisions.”

    The council officer, being ‘formulaic’ in the short space, could have discerned the opportunity to be less crass.
