Stadium presentation to Building Officials

The southern branch of Building Officials Institute of New Zealand (BOINZ) is holding a meeting and training day in conjunction with the University of Otago on April 24.

The purpose of the gathering is to improve members’ awareness of the issues of the Building Code compliance and development – particularly from the owners’ perspective.

The day would include site tours, presentations from building officials, a speakers’ forum and a business session. To be followed with a presentation on the Stadium by Malcolm Farry, Chair of the Carisbrook Stadium Trust.

Participation is limited to BOINZ members and building industry colleagues by invitation.
